Documents Required for KCET Counselling 2025: Shortlisted students for KCET counselling sessions will be required to carry some mandatory documents for KCET 2025 counselling, such as a copy of the KCET application form, KCET admit card, recent passport-size photographs, class 10th/SSLC marksheet, class 12th/2nd PUC marksheet, etc.
As the KCET results 2025 will be released tentatively in Jun 2025, the KCET counselling process 2025 will tentatively begin in July 2025. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts counselling sessions in multiple rounds based on the seats available at participating colleges.
Important Documents Required for KCET 2025 Counselling
The list of documents required for KCET counselling 2025 includes mandatory documents and optional documents that are applicable to selective students only.
All candidates appearing for the KCET 2025 counselling must keep in mind the following list of documents along with any other documents that will be mentioned in the counselling schedule notice.
- Copy of KCET Application Form 2025.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- KCET 2025 Admit Card/Hall Ticket.
- Parent's Domicile certificate or Parent's Employment certificate for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/Parent’s employment.
- SSLC or Class 10 Marksheet.
- 2nd PUC or Class 12 Marksheet.
- Study Certificate which is signed by the concerned BEO or DDPI.
- An income certificate is required to claim “Supernumerary Quota” seats.
- Kannada Medium Study Certificate signed by the concerned BEO for the candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation benefits
- Rural Study Certificate signed by the concerned BEO and a verification certificate (only for GM candidates)
- Caste Certificate/Caste Income Certificate/Income Certificate for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits.
- Candidates claiming Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Reservation issued by the concerned Assistant Commissioner during document verification
- Candidate’s affidavit to claim eligibility under Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses.
- An identity card was issued by the jurisdictional deputy commissioner/district magistrate/rehabilitation commissioner for the candidates claiming eligibility for government seats under the Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.
