- Kerala B.Tech applicants must have at least 50% in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology, or Biotechnology in Class 12.
- Admission under the government quota and fee concession category is open to those who have earned a 50% or above in 12th grade.
- Only private engineering institutions will accept applicants for admission under the government quota with grades between 45% and 49% in Class 12.
Eligibility Criteria for Keralite:
- These students must have completed their 12th education in Kerala.
- Keralite students are liable to state government reservation laws and government quota seats.
- The regulations for tuition waivers apply to students in the Keralite group.
Eligibility Criteria for Non - Keralite (Category I)
- The non-Keralite category includes candidates who have completed their 12th grade in Kerala and whose parents are not from Kerala but are employed by the government of India or the armed forces.
- This group also includes non-Kerala candidates who attended Class VIII to XII in Kerala.
- The non-Keralite category will be applied to a candidate who lived in Kerala for at least five years.
- Non-Keralite students are not eligible for communal reservation/special reservation/fee discount or state merit list consideration.
