The NEET PG 2024 exam date has been preponed to be conducted on Jun 23, 2024. The exam date has been postponed twice earlier. Firstly the exam was scheduled on Mar 3, 2024, which was postponed to Jul 7, 2024. However, the NEET PG date has been preponed now. The NEET PG 2024 exam will consist of MCQs only.
The exam will have 200 multiple-choice and single-correct response questions in English only. The time allotted for NEET PG 2024 will be 3 hours and 30 minutes.

The National Eligibility Entrance Test- PG (NEET-PG) is a national level examination which gives admission to students for medical courses like MD/ MS/ PG diploma, Post MBBS DNB & NBEMS diploma. NEET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to appear for the NEET PG 2024 examination. The eligibility criteria for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses are as follows.
- Candidates in possession of an MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate are recognised as per the provisions of the NMC Act 2019.
- Candidates found to be ineligible at any stage of NEET-PG 2024 will not be permitted to appear in the examination and counselling.
- Candidates must have completed their internship before 31st May 2023 or have qualification recognised as per the NMC Act, 2019, and the repealed IMC Act, 1956 shall be eligible to apply.
- The dates filled in by applicants regarding 12 months of Compulsory Rotating Resident Internship in the application form will be treated as final.
- The cut-off dates for the recognition of the Medical Colleges, from where the candidates have passed their MBBS Degree Course and completed a compulsory rotatory internship for the year 2023, will be as prescribed by the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India.
- Registration with the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council is necessary. The candidates should furnish documentary proof on the examination day and during counselling/admission.

NEET PG 2024 Registration process
Applicants must apply for NEET PG 2024 through the official website. The procedure an applicant must follow to register for the NEET PG 2024 test is as follows
- Candidates must generate a login ID and password by submitting basic details like name, date of birth and academic qualifications.
- Applicants can register and start filling out their form once the login ID and password are created on the official website.
- Applicants must upload images, including photographs, signature, and documents, select the exam city, and pay the exam fee.
- Applicants are requested to take a print out of the application form and transaction id receipt for future reference.
- Applicants will be given a correction window to correct their application forms.

NEET PG 2024 will release the admit cards once the application window for registration for NEET PG 2024 examination closes. Only successful candidates shall receive the admit cards. NEET PG 2024 Steps to fill the Application Form
Applicants can fill out the NEET PG 2024 application form through the official website of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences.
- After registering through the official website, applicants will receive their unique User ID and password.
- User ID and Password will be sent through SMS and Email.
- Fill out the application form and upload your Photograph, Scanned signature, Thumb impression & Prescribed documents.
- Choose the centre for the NEET PG 2024 entrance examination.
- Submit the application form.
- Pay the Examination Fee through the payment gateway.

NEET PG 2024 Results
The official NEET PG 2024 results will be published in the form of a merit list.The applicants can download NEET PG 2024 exam results using their login ID and password. The NEET PG 2024 scorecard is valid for one year and will have the candidate’s name, roll number, category, total marks out of 800, and the total number of correct and incorrect responses. Only those candidates who make the minimum cut-off will proceed in the counselling process. National Board Examination will publish NEET PG 2024 results for those candidates who appeared for the exam. The NEET PG scorecard will carry important information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, category, total marks out of 800, and the total number of correct and incorrect responses. NEET PG 2024 Cutoff
Once the results are released, the NEET PG 2024 exam cut-off will be notified. The cut-off is the minimum score required for admission to MD/MS and diploma programmes. The NEET PG 2024 cut-off list would fluctuate depending on the category of applicants. The NBE will adjust the usual cut-off percentile for the NEET PG result if the number of qualifying candidates is inadequate.
