Eligibility Criteria at Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, Dehradun:

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• Candidates applying for this course must pass 10+2 from a recognised University to be eligible.
  
• Candidates must pursue Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 12th standard.
  
• Candidates must also pursue English as their subject in 12th standard
  
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 55% aggregate together in the three subjects.
  
• Candidates applying must secure at least 50% in English.
  
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST category have a relaxation of 5%.
  

Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

• Candidates must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in BBA from a recognised University to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% in their Bachelor's Degree to be eligible to apply.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are given a relaxation of 5%.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA:

• Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BCA from a recognised University to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must have pursued Mathematics in their 12th to be eligible to apply.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 45% in their Bachelor's Degree to be eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

• Candidates must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech from a recognised University to be eligible to apply for this course.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% in their Bachelor's Degree to be eligible to apply.

Application Process at Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, Dehradun:

Application Process for B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech:

• For online Admissions, students must visit the official Website of the University and should fill in the free Registration form.
• On receiving the Registration form, the University's Admission counsellors call the Admission seeker/s in no time.
• Weight age is given to the percentage of marks obtained by the admission seeker/s in the last Qualifying Examination.
• Weight age is given to the Admission seeker/s who have Qualified JEE/CAT/MAT
• Except for Online Admissions (as the Admission seeker/s must have already filled in the online Registration form), for all other enquiries, the Admission seeker/s must fill in the Enquiry Slip available in the Admission Office of the Institute on all working days.
• On filling the Enquiry slip, the Admission Counsellors provide Details of the courses, Admission procedure and Formalities to the Admission seeker/s.
• Last but not the least, before the final phase of Admission, students may have to undergo a one-on-one session with the respective Head of the Department.
• Students should be able to read, write and speak English.
