Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers a variety of residential facilities for the academic session 2025–26, catering to different preferences and budgets. Students can choose from apartment-style AC rooms (1–4 seaters) and standard rooms with both AC and Non-AC options, with fees ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 depending on the room type and Early Decision Benefit (EDB) availed before Feb 28, 2026. The hostel amenities include 24/7 security, power backup, purified water, medical services, Wi-Fi, study and recreational areas, and various paid services such as mess, laundry, printing, and salons. Additionally, students are allowed to use certain personal electrical appliances, with induction cooking permitted in apartments with pantries. The university ensures a comfortable, secure, and well-equipped living environment for its residents.

Mess Facilities 

• Multiple mess plans are available with 2, 3, or 4 meals per day.

• Standard Mess Plans range from ₹40,000 to ₹48,000 per academic session, depending on the number of meals.

• Ala Carte Plan (4 meals/day) costs ₹56,000 and allows students to choose different cuisines per meal at select locations.

• Cuisine options include North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani, Haryanvi, Eastern/North-Eastern, and North–South Combo.

• Mess plans are valid for one academic session (~10 months, excluding vacations).

• Additional benefits include packed breakfast, convenient lunch locations, soft food for sick students, festival and birthday celebrations, fasting arrangements, and surprise menus.

• Students may either opt for the University Mess Plan or manage meals independently.

• Availability of specific mess facilities depends on minimum student enrollment.

Laundry Facilities 

• Optional laundry service available on campus

• Annual fee: ₹5,400

• Includes washing, drying, and steam ironing

• Up to 70 clothes per student per month (non-transferable, no carry forward)

• Collection and delivery at designated residential locations with ID tagging

• Laundry and other residential facility charges are managed by Pro Bricks

Important Notes

• All residential fees, including charges for mess, laundry, swimming pool, gym, and indoor facilities, are managed by Pro Bricks.

• Free parking is available for residents of both studio apartments and standard rooms.

• Students opting for a semester break or year off must store their luggage in the cloakroom strictly as per University cloakroom rules and guidelines.
