Placements & Internships : Placement activities at VGSoM(IIT Kharagpur) are driven by the students under the guidance of the Chairman of Placements and Corporate Contact. The student placement committee is in charge of all placements related activities at VGSoM. It is also responsible for publishing the annual summer and final placement report (VANTAGE). Placements are very good here and the companies from different sectors participated in huge number. Companies like Reckitt Benckiser, Titan, Amazon, Spencer, Dell, Cognizant, HSBC, ICCI etc provides placement.

Academics & Faculty : Academics are excellent at Vinod Gupta School of Management so are faculties. Professors are always there to help students. They indeed share their personal contact numbers so that if you face any difficulties, you can always reach them.

Fees & Scholarships : Fees at VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur is comparatively less to other good MBA colleges in India. IIT does provide scholarships to the 30% strength of batch. These 30% gets decided by some panel keeping in mind the financial status of the students. We all know students who come to IIT Kharagpur are gems. Everyone understand this so do all the banks. It is very easy to get the loan from any banks.

Clubs & Associations : Life at VGSoM IIT Kharagpur is not so easy. Various clubs like Operations club, Marketing club, Consulting club, Quiz club, Corporate & Media Interaction Cell (CMI) keep the student community engaged by conducting competitions, events, quizzes, guest lectures and conclaves. Sports Committee makes sure that students keep on participating in various sports events. The Sportscom is in charge of arranging the annual indoor sporting event - Racquets and the immensely popular franchise based cricket league - the VGSoM Premiere League (VPL). College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Quality of Classrooms, Labs, Libraries, dining halls, Wi-Fi and other key infrastructure is perfect at Vinod Gupta School of Management. One of the best campuses in India surely when it comes to Infrastructure. Since the campus is huge and hence there is a personal/public transport facility available within the campus. However, generally students prefer cycle as bikes or anything which could cause pollution are not allowed.
