The National Institute of Technology Delhi, popularly known as NIT Delhi, was established in 2010 as an Institute of National Importance. NIT Delhi Admission 2026
NIT Delhi Admission 2026 is currently ongoing for BTech and MTech programs. NIT Delhi admission to BTech programs is done through the JEE Main exam, followed by JoSAA and CSAB counselling. NIT Delhi MTech admission is based on the GATE exam and CCMT counselling, and the MCA admission is done through NIMCET. - MTech: Register for GATE on the GOAPS portal.
- MCA: Register for the NIMCET exam on nimcet.admissions.nic.in
- PhD: Register on the NIT Delhi official portal on nitdelhi.ac.in.
Step 2: Exam & Result:
- Appear for the respective entrance exam and secure a valid Rank/Score.
Step 3: Counselling Registration:
- BTech: Register on the JoSAA / CSAB portal. Fill NIT Delhi and preferred branches in choice filling.
- MTech: Register on the CCMT portal and choose NIT Delhi as your preferred choice with specialisation choices.
- MCA: Register on the NIMCET official portal and choose your preferred MCA course between regular and self-sponsored at NIT Delhi.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
- Check seat allocation status online on the official website throughout the counselling rounds.
- If allotted, you can choose to freeze the seat and confirm it.
- Pay the Seat Acceptance Fee online and confirm your admission.
Step 5: Document Verification
