The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) released the ISC 12th registration form 2026 in November 2025. The ISC 12th registration form must be filled out under the school's guidance. How To Submit ISC 12th Registration Form 2026?

Students cannot register by themselves on the official website for the ISC 12th board exams because it is the responsibility of the school authorities. Therefore, the procedure mentioned below is for the school authority to submit the ISC 12th registration form 2026 on behalf of their students:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the ISC 12th board at cisce.org and click on the registration link.
• Step 2: Enter the 'User Name' and 'Password' in the space provided and click on the 'Login' button.

• Step 3: On the 'Careers' home page, click 'e-Registration' to open the registration form landing page.
• Step 4: On the registration form landing page, from the drop-down menu option under ISC, click on the 'Registration' menu.

• Step 5: At the bottom of the 'ISC Registration Activation' screen, two radio buttons will be against the question. Select the 'Yes' button and click the 'Finish' button at the bottom right of the screen.

• Step 6: After going through the instructions, click on the option "I have read and understood the above instructions" and click on the 'Proceed' button.

• Step 7: Carry out the following to register a new student.
  1. On the student details screen, enter the required details.
  2. Upload a passport-sized coloured photograph in school uniform with a white background. 
  3. Capture/scan and upload the signature of the student.
  4. Enter any comments in the "Comments to the Principal" text box.
  5. To the bottom right of the screen, there are three options: "Save", "Save", & "Continue", and "Submit to Principal". 
  6. If you click on the "Save" option, the data will be saved in the system, and a confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen. The screen will now be ready for "Student Review". 
  7. After entering all the details and uploading all the required documents, if you click on the Save & Continue option, the data will be saved in the system, and the screen will be ready for student review. 
  8. Click on the "Submit to Principal" button after uploading all the required documents. The data will now be saved in the system and the screen will now be ready for "Principal Review".

ISC 12th Registration Form 2026: Fee Details

All the students must pay the registration fee to CISCE, except ‘Detained’ and ‘Withdrawn’ students. The payment should be online through the ‘Careers System’; payment options are net banking and credit and debit cards. To make the fee payment, follow the steps given below:

• Step 1: Go to the 'Payment Due' option on the ISC registration 'Summary' screen.
• Step 2: Click on the 'View All' button to view the list of students and make payments for the selected students from the list.
• Step 3: Click the 'Pay All' button to pay directly from this screen.
• Step 4: On completing the transaction, an acknowledgement will be received with complete transaction details

ISC 12th Registration 2026: Important Instructions

Below are some essential points regarding the ISC 12th registration form 2026 for the candidates while filling out the same:

• All fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
• Students permitted Second Language Exemption must upload scanned copies of the supporting documents prescribed in the form.
• Students must upload scanned copies of supporting documents if a Guardian's name is proposed.
• In Group I, Subjects 01 and 50 are compulsory and will be selected by default.
• Minimum 1 and 2 subjects to be selected from Group I apart from the default subjects.
• Minimum of 2 and 3 subjects to be selected from Group II.
• Only one subject is to be selected from Group III.
• If Art is selected as the subject in Group III, an additional box will open with four papers, of which you must select two.
• Students permitted Second Language Exemption only need to study the two default subjects from Group I.
