The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) sets the TS Intermediate passing marks criteria 2026. You need to obtain 35% marks in 100-mark theory examinations. However, it is 25% for students with special needs (blind, deaf, etc.). You need 35 marks in 100-mark theory papers, 21 marks to pass in 60-mark theory papers, and 26 marks to pass in the 75-mark theory papers. Those who fail to obtain the required passing marks need to appear for the TS Inter supplementary exams 2025-26.

The TS Intermediate result 2026 is expected to be released on April 22, 2026. The results will be released in the PDF format on the official website at tsbie.cgg.gov.in. TS Intermediate Passing Marks for Science [Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany]

The TS Inter science papers, comprising physics, chemistry, zoology, and botany, are conducted for a total of 60 marks. You must secure a minimum of 21 marks (35% of the total score) as passing marks. It is divided into 3 sections—Section A [10 questions for a total of 20 marks], Section B [6 questions for a total of 24 marks], and Section C [2 questions for a total of 16 marks].
